Central's IT and CTI Self Help/Knowledgebase webpage has detailed information including network and wireless (WiFi)BlueNet and Email/Office 365 Accounts, and printing, along with various other items which you may find helpful.

If you have a maintenance problem in your room that needs to be addressed you can submit a Maintenance Request to communicate the need for a repair.

Every residence hall is equipped with washers and dryers which are paid for with your Blue Chip account. Please click here for detailed information on how to use our convenient on site laundry facilities.

You can pick up your mail and packages through a Smart Locker at the Mailroom in the Student Center.
