This faculty-led travel course offers students an immersive study of Moroccan politics, history, and society. Through on-site learning in six major Moroccan cities and historical sites, students will explore themes including state formation, monarchy, colonialism, Islam and politics, Amazigh identity, and Morocco's strategic geopolitical role in North Africa.

The course combines pre-travel classroom instruction, on-site guided learning, faculty-led discussions, and post-travel reflective assignments to foster critical analysis of Morocco’s political and cultural landscape.
