Faculty Success Story
Dr. Karen A. Ritzenhoff
Professor, Department of Communication
As a 2025 Faculty Mobility recipient, Dr. Karen A. Ritzenhoff visited the Universities of Konstanz, Tübingen, Mannheim, and Heidelberg, where she delivered guest lectures, met with faculty and international offices, and explored new opportunities for collaboration.
Her visit has already resulted in plans for a Central Connecticut State University–University of Konstanz study abroad program, an international conference hosted at Central, and expanded collaborations with faculty across Baden-Württemberg.
"The lectures and scholarly exchanges at the three Universities of Constance, Tübingen, and Mannheim as well as my visit at the University of Heidelberg in October and November, 2025 belong to the most rewarding experiences of my entire university career."
