On June 1st 2020 Fiscal Affairs would like to begin a slow roll out of the new user interface for Concur expense. The first three groups that will have the new interface will be:

1) End users who performed testing (6/1/2020):

  1. Heide Tarchini, Secretary Sociology
  2. Carmetta Williams, Secretary Center for International Education
  3. Marian Rosario, Secretary Counselor Ed & Family Therapy
  4. Kim Csinsi, Business Manager Athletics
  5. Iris Astacio, Secretary Nursing

2) Admissions (6/15/2020)

3) Secretaries, campus wide (6/29/2020)

If a user has concerns about using the new environment, we have a limited number of test accounts that we can provided they can try the system out without having to worry about causing issues. We can provide them to those who request it for a limited amount of time.
