At the University of Leon, students will get a well-rounded experience of both professional activities and community engagement. Leon is located in a unique region of Spain where the dialect spoken (Leonese) is so different from Spanish, and it is now considered an official language of the region. This is an ideal location for students looking to study Spanish and explore architectural masterpieces and famous cathedrals. During the day, students can immerse themselves in the rich culture of the city. During the night, students will find themselves enjoying the modern nightlife of Leon.     Students pay tuition fees to Central.

    Housing: Pay partner university $200-$375 per month

    Meal: Grocery approx. $300 a month

    Housing and meal costs will be paid on-site in Spain.

    Spanish Language and Culture

    Fields of study include anthropology, archeology, business, earth sciences, ecology, economics, history, humanities, language study, linguistics, literature, natural and physical sciences, philosophy, religion, and social sciences.

  • Housing

    University dormitories are available for temporary or semester accommodation, in addition to individually rented apartments in the city center or family home stays with full board.
