Seth North Hall

Seth North Hall is the smallest residence hall on campus and houses the campus’s all-freshman Living Learning Community (LLC) that focuses on study skills, campus resources, community building, and overall health and safety. This coed, three story, corridor style residence hall is home to 110 first-year students with males living on the first and second floors and females living on the third floor. Although this is the smallest residence hall, it has a lot of spirit, as one would expect from Vikings (the building mascot). Seth North offers a community study room located in the basement which includes a computer lab with a printer. The basement also has a large common lounge which includes two pool tables, a ping pong table, and various TV setups, along with a kitchen. The laundry facility is located in the basement and contains three washers and three dryers that run off of the Blue Chip Debit Card. Seth North Hall is staffed by five Resident Assistants (RAs) and a full time Resident Director (RD).
