Room Rates/Fees

The Central Reservations Office believes in complete transparency with our clients. The following rate fees help to ensure that space and equipment are first and foremost for university-based events that primarily benefit Central faculty, staff, and students. In addition, they help to identify event partnerships and external client use of university space that require insurance and facility use agreements to manage liability and risk. Please take a moment to review the room rate/s, labor rate/s and special equipment pricing that may be required when hosting your event at Central Connecticut State University. Before you plan your event, it is important to have an estimate* of how much your event may cost so that we can best assist you in planning within your budget!

Room/Labor Equipment Rates

*Rates shown are accurate as of the date indicated. Rates may change each fiscal year and clients will be responsible for observing the most up-to-date room/labor/equipment rates at the time their facility use agreement is completed and/or their reservation is billed. All pricing on reservations and facility use agreements is an estimate until the final invoice is provided.

NOTE: Effective for new agreements starting 3/20/19, unless otherwise approved as an in-process agreement, the following discounts NO longer apply:

  1. Second and additional days charged at 50% of rental
  2. No room rental fee assessed if food is ordered
