The Central Reservations Office prides itself on having a variety of facilities that meet all our clients’ needs!
All our facilities are smart rooms - fully equipped with our standard computer, projector, screen, and lectern. Any other technical needs can be requested upon booking your space. Many of our facilities on campus can accommodate catering requests through our on-campus food service, Sodexo. You can view their menu options at the Central Catering site.

Memorial Hall
Memorial Hall is home to one of our on-campus dining facilities and includes two banquet spaces, Constitution Room (capacity 200) and the Connecticut Room (capacity 85), the President’s Dining Room (capacity 20), Paul Gianaris Welcome Center, the Southwest Study Lounge, and the first University E-Gaming Center in the state of CT higher education system - Esports.
Hilltop Café
Hilltop Café is one of our two all-you-care-to eat resident dining locations on campus. Here you'll find a variety of items that accommodate any taste, diet or schedule. Hilltop also contains an event space (seats 84 at round tables).
Davidson Hall
Davidson Hall is our main administrative building on campus and is home to the following event facilities:
- Davidson 123 is a small performance theatre. It can seat up to 50 people, or it could be used for a standing reception.
- Founders Hall is a large, open-lecture hall style space. The maximum capacity for Founders is 100 people, audience style.
- Torp Theatre is a proscenium arched theatre space, located in Davidson Hall. The theatre accommodates 298 people. Torp Theatre is most commonly used for music and theatre shows, lectures and speaker presentations, movies, ceremonies, and graduations.
