Learn about the flow of information within an organization. Discover how to successfully apply problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation strategies in complex relational situations within organizations.

Public Relations

Manage credibility. Learn practical lessons in public relations case studies, social media, and mass communication writing. Master the ability to raise awareness, change attitudes, and bring about desired behavior from the public.
