The safety and comfort of our Belvedere Neighbors is important to us. With your help and support, we can move toward restoring the tranquility within the neighborhood. The Off Campus Student Housing brochure is distributed to off campus Central students.

Together, we can come up with potential solutions to help prevent irresponsible and disruptive house parties.

How Can Neighbors Help?

• Communicate community standards and expectations to residents and student tenants.
• Create opportunities for social interaction between residents and tenants.
• Continue open dialogue with students, landlords, and tenants.
• Join the Town & Gown Coalition to create changes in the neighborhood.
