Guidelines for the guided meditations below:
Find a spot that you feel comfortable to either close your eyes or stare off into the far fuzzy distance or you may watch and listen to the meditation you choose.
Take a relaxed seated position in a chair or maybe sitting cross-legged on a cushion/pillow on the floor.

Tip: Keeping a meditation journal has been found to be helpful. In a non-judgmental way, jot some notes into a journal about your experience, what came up for you, how did you feel? Over time you may find reviewing these notes helpful.
