Biography

Bob Kagan was Chair of the Communication Department at Manchester Community College for over 25 years.

He has worked professionally in broadcast television and government Public Affairs.

Kagan began teaching at Central in 1991, specializing in Mass Media and Video Production and currently teaches in both the Department of Communication and the Art/Graphic Information Design Program.

He has extensive experience leading film discussions at area museums and local libraries including the Wadsworth Atheneum and Real Art Ways.
