You may file a complaint of discrimination and/or sexual harassment/misconduct on behalf of yourself or report an incident that you have witnessed at Central Connecticut State University campus or office. Reports may be filed anonymously.

As a public agency and state-supported institution of higher education, Central is subject to the requirements of the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), codified as C.G.S. Sec. 1-200, et. seq. FOIA promotes transparency in government by providing access to the public records and meetings of public agencies in the state of Connecticut. At Central, we are committed to responding to public record requests as promptly as possible, while also protecting the privacy rights of our students and employees.
