Community Baby Shower

The Central Department of Nursing and Maternal Health Advocacy Club will host a community baby shower in collaboration with Lucinda's House, a nonprofit organization with a mission to improve the health and wellbeing of women of color.

Guests will learn more about local resources for pregnant women while celebrating pregnancy and parenthood!

Information on several areas of childcare also will be available, including safe sleep practices, infant CPR and First Aid, diapering basics and hygiene, nutrition for mom and baby, postpartum health and wellness, and more.
