Immigration at Central

International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) advises international students, scholars, employees, and university departments on U.S. immigration requirements. Central Connecticut State University sponsors several nonimmigrant categories, each with its own purpose, eligibility requirements, study permissions, and employment restrictions.

Because each immigration status is governed by different federal regulations, permitted activities vary by category. Regulations may also change over time. Contact ISSS for current guidance and information.

Terra Dotta

Terra Dotta is Central’s primary online platform for managing F-1, J-1, and H-1B services with International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS).

Log in to Terra Dotta to submit immigration requests, provide required information, upload and download documents, and receive updates.

If you cannot access the system or have not received login credentials, contact ISSS for assistance.
