Application

There is no application deadline. We have rolling enrollment.
Review of applications will start on March 30th and will continue until all places are filled.

Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received, and must be complete before they can be reviewed.

It is advisable to apply early, since space is limited.

How to Apply:

Follow the instructions below to complete your application:

  1. Application: SITI 2018 Program Application and Scholarship Application form.
  2. Registration: SITI 2018 Registration form
  3. Essay: In Italian, write a two-page essay to tell us about yourself, your studies and work. Explain why you wish to take this course. If you are a teacher, please describe the Italian program at your school. Explain whether or not you are planning to continue with a Master Program at this or another institution.
  4. If you have NOT studied at Central, please provide: Transcripts from the institution that granted your highest degree.

Send the Application form, the Registration forms, and the Essay to: Dr. Maria Passaro, Department of Modern Languages, Central Connecticut State University, 1615 Stanley St., New Britain, CT 06050.

Once your application is completed and you are accepted to the program, the Bursar Office will send you an e-bill in the amount indicated on the Registration form.
