The departments of History and World Languages, Literatures, and Cultures (WLLC) are proud to present this new academic conference. Faculty and students from Central and other Connecticut State Colleges & Universities system institutions will be presenting new scholarship from across multiple disciplines engaging with the medieval era of global history.
Join us for a day of exploration and enlightenment, as we get glimpses of some of the many peoples and cultures that shaped the millennium from the 6th to the 16th centuries. We’ll make stops in East Asia, the Near East, Western Europe, and beyond.
