Advanced study of Spanish language, culture, and literature. Our program’s high quality and flexibility enables you to complete your degree in three semesters.

Study at the University of Salamanca in Spain during the summer to meet some of your degree requirements.

Prepares teachers wishing to pursue further coursework in language, culture, and literature as well as in foreign language theory and methodology.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Conduct research in different areas of the field of World Languages, Literatures, and Cultures: Literature, Culture, Pedagogy, and Applied Linguistics. 
  2. Use the target language to write about major works in Italian, Spanish, or Spanish American Literature. 
  3. Use the target language to write about topics related to the cultures of Italy, Spain, or Spanish America.
  4. Use the target language to analyze Italian or Spanish grammar as well to analyze the target language structure.
