The main events will be held in Willard-Diloreto D121. A campus map can be found here. Info on parking will be released early August.

Lunches and the networking event will held in Memorial Hall, Second floor.

Some of the key events during this Summit are:

• Daily keynotes by senior management from insurance and accounting companies, and the state of Connecticut’s Chief Workforce Officer.
• A special section on community engagement.
• Panels on job opportunities, including a session on getting jobs in the Non-Profit sector.
• A CCSU School of Business recent alumni panel so you can understand how these students got their job.
• A CCSU School of Business mid-career alumni panel so you can understand a CCSU graduate’s career path.
• Lunch provided Tuesday and Wednesday by industry sponsorship
• A networking session during Wednesday’s lunch lets you meet leaders from area companies, pass out resumes, and generally have good conversations. Be ready with your elevator pitch.

For the Summer 2023 Summit, we meet:

• Tuesday, August 22, 9:30-3:00, with a lunch break from 12:15-1:30
• Wednesday, August 23, 9:30-3:00, with a lunch break and networking session from 12:15-1:30
• Thursday, August 24, from 9:30-12:30
• Most events are in Willard-DiLoreto Hall Room - Room D121. See the downloadable agenda for more specifics
• Post-Summit Session - Central’s Career Development Office. Email gendronm@ccsu.edu to register. Space is limited. Lunch is provided to Registrants.
• Other Notes: Be sure to bring a polished resume for the Networking Session on Wednesday, and prepare a Networking Session Elevator Pitch (about minute) that tells the value you can bring to a company. A list of organizations coming to the networking session can be found in the downloadable agenda.
