CCSU Alumni Association Annual Meeting

The 2023 Annual Meeting of the CCSU Alumni Association will be held on Monday, June 12 at 5:30 PM. The meeting will take place on campus and the exact location will be posted on this website the month before the meeting. At this meeting proposed revisions to the bylaws will be considered and are available for review at www.ccsu.edu/alumni

PROPOSED BYLAW REVISION:

REVISION to Bylaw 6.2 - NOMINATING & BYLAWS COMMITTEE

The committee recommends the addition of a minimum of 2 Past Presidents be appointed to serve on the Nominating & Bylaws Committee.

New language is highlighted below.

The Nominating and Bylaws Committee shall be composed of minimum of (3) members who shall all be members of the Board of Directors and two, but not more than three Past Presidents of the Association.

The chair of the Nominating and Bylaws Committee shall be a member of the Board of Directors appointed by the Board upon the recommendation of the President.

The following alumni have been selected by the CCSU Alumni Association Nominating, Bylaws Committee to stand for election as a director for a three-year term commencing on July 1, 2023.
