Description
Situated on the banks of the historic Danube River, the University of Ulm was founded in 1967 and is a campus university housed in ultra-modern buildings. Ulm's curriculum centers on medicine, mathematics and the sciences and includes electrical engineering, computer science, and economics. Ulm borders on Bavaria with close proximity to Stuttgart and Munich, two of the major cities in the region.
Ulm offers a sports center with different kinds of sports that students can try, along with a gym and sailing classes! Looking for music and art programs? Try one of the multiple dances, theater, band, and choir extracurriculars they have. Ulm has a large nightlife for students to take part in, parties, cinemas, and multiple campus festivals and events!

Students may follow an intensive language course (20 hours per week) in the Deutsch als Fremdsprache program (DaF) during their first semester.
Housing
Students will be housed in a student dormitory. Dormitory room reservations will be made by the international office or Auslandsamt of the host university.

Program Costs
Students pay regular CCSU tuition directly to CCSU. Room and board costs will be paid on-site in Germany.
A one time fee is required and paid to UCONN.
