Description

Founded in 1218 by King Alfonso IX, Salamanca University is the oldest institution of higher learning in Spain. This university became the first Spanish university to offer language to international students in 1929. From the university's breathtaking library to the city adventures that await, this university offers the perfect balance of history and new experiences. The University of Salamanca offers an intense language immersion program as well as a module program with some courses taught in English. Students can attend during the fall or spring semesters or the full academic year.

Academic Subjects

Academic programs cover art and humanities, business and economics, computer science, education, engineering and technology, physical sciences, social sciences.

 

Housing

Students have the option of living on campus at the University of Salamanca or find their own accommodation. If choosing to live on the Universities campus you would pay approximately €250 per week.
