
Psychological Science Students Attend the 96th annual meeting of the Eastern Psychological Association Conference held in New York City March 6-8, 2025.
Many of our students presented their research along with faculty advisors. Some of the highlights included Dr. Amanda Marin-Chollom, Zachary Forte, and Keri Iheagwara who presented a study entitled, Grit and Resilience: Adolescents and Young Adults Coping with Non-Cancer Chronic Illnesses. Gracie Manushi and Dr. Caleb Bragg presented Comparing College Students' Citizenship Statuses and Attitudes Towards Homosexuality. Alexa Lombardo, Dr. Jason Sikorski, and Areesha Waseem presented Comparisons of Participants and Informants in Predicting Psychological Outcomes in Men. Dr. Silvia Corbera, Amy Rezende, and Sage Vavolizza presented Gender Differences in the Contributions of Schizotypal Traits to Social Dysfunction. Cailee Sheehan, Isabella Krumm, and Dr. Swanson presented Knowledge About Aging Through College Courses Changing Ageist Beliefs. Erica Dewey, Yein Cho, and Dr. Swanson presented Living in Shaping Ageist Beliefs.
