Timber bridges build community connections from Central to Avon and Simsbury
The Latino Studies Program, established in 2009, is an exciting new program at Central with the mandate to foster education, student and faculty involvement, and research on U.S. Latino a populations and their concerns and issues. The Minor in Latino Studies enables students to engage new ideas, develop interdisciplinary skills, and gain in-depth understanding and specialized knowledge about U.S. Latinos and their contributions, challenges, and central role in U.S. history and contemporary society.
