The Central C.A.R.E.S. Club will host a Go Baby Go workshop from 9 a.m. to noon at the Central Community Health Education Clinic.
Founded by the University of Delaware, Go Baby Go (GBG) is a community-based outreach program that works with families, clinicians, and various institutions to provide free modified toy ride-on cars for children with limited mobility. Typically, the vehicles are modified Fisher-Price Power Wheels cars.
Central’s Technology and Engineering Education students will be assisted by students from New Britain High School who are enrolled in related college-credit courses at Central. .
