Central UTILIZES E-BILLING
Central offers the convenience of online billing and payment.
When bills are ready for viewing, students receive e-mail notifications in their official Central e-mail, the my.ccsu.edu email account. A link in the e-mail takes students to CentralPipeline. Students may also access the eBill by logging directly into WebCentral-Banner Web using their Central email address and password. Once logged in, students can view tuition bills, make credit card or e-check payments, and set up third-party payers who can make payments on their behalf.
All students have the ability to:
- View and pay their bills 24/7 from any computer with Internet access
- Authorize another party, such as a parent or employer, to pay their bills and to view billing information
- Pay housing and admissions deposits online
- View prior e-bills online
- Make electronic payments from checking or savings accounts (U.S. banks only) or with a credit card (Visa, Amex, MasterCard, or Discover)
- Receive tuition bills faster with e-mail notification
Instructions for viewing your bill and making payment:
- Log into CentralPipeline-Banner Web using your CCSU e-mail address and password.
- From the Student Financial Services tab, in the Billing/Payments card, select Payments and click on the eBill/Make Payment – TouchNet Payment Portal link.
- Select Billing, click on the Account Summary button for most current information.
- To view a printable copy of your bill, select on Billing, then Statement and Payment History. Select the statement needed from the drop-down menu and click on the View button.
- Click on the Make Payment link for payments. Bills are due July 15 (Fall) and December 15 (Spring). Payment for Summer and Winter terms are due upon registration.
This fast, convenient, and secure service requires students to check their official university email regularly.
IMPORTANT:
Paper bills are not sent. You will be accountable for timely response to University e-correspondence. Your my.ccsu.edu email account is your official University email address. It is the student's responsibility to receive and respond to university correspondence sent to this address, please review Central's Student E-Communication Policy.
