As part of the budget process, the campus community can submit questions or comments to the University Planning and Budget Committee (UPBC) regarding any of the submittals posted in the link below. Campus feedback will close on Wednesday February 11, 2026.

How to review and provide feedback:

If you had trouble logging in prior - completely clear browser cache and cookies (this will sign you out of websites/apps)

  • FY27 Budget Requests Submitted to UPBC
  • Choose Base, One Time or Capital Budget Feedback Tabs
  • Use drop down to choose Division and Request
  • Request Details updates automatically
  • Questions / Feedback to UPBC link is at top of page
