Educational Talent Search (ETS) Application

Educational Talent Search (ETS) is a program for students (grades 6-12) who are interested in pursuing a college education after completing high school. These students will have access to tutoring, mentoring, field trips, summer programs, and assistance with the college application process. No grade point average (GPA) is required for participation of this program.

Instructions on How to Submit an Application

Applications can be submitted one of four ways. Please choose what is most convenient for you.

  1. Prefill & Sign the application, then email to Lisette Velasquez at lisette.velasquez@ccsu.edu.
  2. Print the application & Sign, Scan and then email to Lisette Velasquez at lisette.velasquez@ccsu.edu
  3. Print application & Sign & Drop off to our main office, address is listed below. *We are currently not accepting in-person applications due to Covid-19.
  4. Print application & Sign & Mail to our main office, address is listed below.
