The Richard S. Spada & Robert G. Childers Scholarship supports students who identify with the LGBTQ community and have exhibited integrity, leadership, and perseverance in overcoming personal adversity in their quest for a higher education. Recipients must hold matriculated status at Central or have been accepted for enrollment as a matriculated student. The scholarships are awarded during the annual Rainbow Breakfast ceremony in October.
