The university welcomes applications from students around the world. You are considered an international student if you are not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the United States (Green Card holder). Prospective international students complete the same enrollment application as domestic students and must meet the same admissions criteria required of all other applicants.

Intensive English Language Program (IELP)
CCSU’s Intensive English Language Program (IELP) helps you to achieve the skills, fluency, and confidence you need to communicate effectively in English. Improve your overall abilities to speak and write in English with this 16-week program. Completing the program ensures you will be better prepared to use English for work, study, and life!
