Deed of Gift to Central Connecticut State University

Use this form when donating items intended for immediate use by the University, including equipment, materials, or other property that will directly support University programs, operations, or activities.

Deed of Gift (CCSU) Form

Deed of Gift to the CCSU Foundation, Inc.

Use this form when donating appraised artwork or other items to the CCSU Foundation, Inc., including items contributed for fundraising auctions.
