Communication Professor, Jeff Teitler wins 5 Emmy® Awards from the National Academy Of Television Arts and Sciences, (NATAS) Boston / New England Region. The prestigious Emmy® Awards were won through film and production collaborations with Hartford HealthCare, Rebecca Stewart and Nick Dethlefsen, as well as acclaimed singer, Javier Colón and composer/sound designer, Matt Berky. Focusing on truthful storytelling, through the real experiences of Connecticut’s health practitioners and patients, the prestigious Emmy® Awards were won in the following categories:

Best Commercial - 2025 Emmy Award: 
Heart Stab - These Lives Are Real

Best Public Service Announcement - 2025 Emmy Award: 
A Tribute To Health Care Heroes With Javier Colon

Best Photography / Cinematography - 2025 Emmy Award:

Best Sound Design / Recording - 2025 Emmy Award:

This achievement is a new milestone and represents outstanding achievements in production throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
