Reservation Requests:

  • Only families with approved enrollment status can make reservations.
  • Confirmed Reservations are required to attend Drop-In programs.
  • Reservation Request Forms can be found on our website: https://www.ccsu.edu/childcare under Parent/Guardian Forms. Complete all sections of the form and save as: FALL26YOURLASTNAME
  • Reservation Request Forms are sent as an attachment to: DocSub.ResReq@ccsu.edu
  • Reservation requests made after hours or on the weekends are not reviewed until the next business day. All reservations must be confirmed with a Reservation Confirmation Notification before attending. For best results, make your reservations for the whole semester based on your class syllabus. Multiple reservations can be made on one reservation request.
  • Reservation requests are not confirmed until a Reservation Confirmation Notification has been received via university email.
  • Reservations are not guaranteed and advanced requests are strongly recommended.

Reservation Cancellation Policy:

  • Reservations that are no longer needed should be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  • Please email cancellations to: DropIn.DocSub.ResReq@ccsu.edu

Last minute cancellations and no shows can jeopardize your free Drop-In Center privileges and may be subject to a late cancellation/no show fee. Thank you for your consideration.
