Program Description

Central Connecticut State University’s annual symposium will focus on current strategies for the diagnosis, management, and return to activity for orthopedic injuries and general medical conditions. The course will introduce participants to topics on orthopedic injuries in athletics, general medical conditions, and implementation of whole-body vibration within the athletic population.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

There will be no refund for cancellations. Registration refund will only be provided in the event of program cancellation. If participants register and do not attend, they are still responsible for full payment.

Statement of Credit

BOC LogoCentral Connecticut State University (BOC AP#P517) is approved by the Board of Certification Inc. to provide continuing education to Athletic Trainers.  This program is eligible for a maximum of 2.25 EBP Category hours/CEUs and a maximum of 2.75 Category A hours/CEUs. ATs should claim only those hours actually spent in the educational program. 

BOC Approved Provider Number: P517

According to the education levels described by the CEC Committee of the NATA this continuing education course is considered to be at the Essential Level.
