Nicholas Aconfora

Nick Aconfora is a Manager with ESPN Next, the company's leadership development program. A Connecticut native, Nick began his career at ESPN in 2015 as a Production Assistant. During his time in production, he produced content with College Football and Basketball, SportsCenter, Outside the Lines, and E:60. In 2019, he was awarded a Sports Emmy for Outstanding Sports News/Feature Anthology for his work with E:60 and a Peabody for his work with Outside the Lines. Armed with a Communication degree from Eastern CT State University (2015) and a Master's in Strategic Communication from CCSU (2021), Nick's curiosity fuels his dedication to personal branding and nurturing authentic growth. Nick's personable approach and mentorship creates an inclusive classroom experience, reflecting his commitment to fostering meaningful relationships and empowering students to thrive.
