Event about Donation to Latin American, Latino, and Caribbean collection

Exhibit of Recent Donations to the Latin American, Latino, and Caribbean Center

Educating the Connecticut public about Latin America, the Caribbean, and Latino populations in the United States is integral to the mission of Central’s Latin American, Latino, and Caribbean Center. As such, a strong library collection in those fields is essential. Therefore, we are pleased to offer this exhibit of a small part of the more than 4,000 items donated to the Center and the Elihu Burritt Library over the past four years, 85% of which were new to CCSU, by the generous scholars profiled in the glass cabinet in front of the exhibit.

Date: September 15-October 15
Location: 2nd floor, Elihu Burritt Library; Special Collections and Rare Books Department
