About the Information Technology Department
The Information Technology Division partners with faculty, staff, and students in achieving CCSU’s academic goals. In order to do this, the division needs a deep understanding of current and future instructional and business needs to provide effective technological solutions. Because these needs are constantly evolving with developments in the areas of both pedagogy and technology, the Division of IT must provide a proactive and flexible response to meet these needs as they develop.
The IT Help Desk serves as the single point of contact for assistance with all supported software, hardware, and other IT services. The IT Help Desk is the liaison between all groups within IT and the University community.
