Course Registration Guide

Pay Attention to Emails

Important information will be relayed to your student via email regarding when the advisement period begins as well as information on holds . The longer a student waits to be advised or resolve holds, the more risk there is for late registration resulting in limited course availability.

Make An Appointment With Your Advisor

In order for students to receive their alternate pin number and course recommendations for the upcoming semester, students must meet with their advisor. To do so, click here.

Review Instructional Videos

Here are some helpful videos that walk through the registration process:

  • First year students should be registering for entry level courses (level 100-199)
  • Schedule your advising appointment as soon as the advisement period begins. Review the university calendar for important dates
  • Check with Financial Aid to confirm how many credits your student needs to be registered for to receive aid
