Central Office of Professional Education leads state in NECHE recognition
The Chen Art Gallery is pleased to present an exhibition, “Matter and Mind,” by the Connecticut Art Education Association (CAEA). The exhibition will feature select CAEA members alongside faculty from Central Connecticut State University’s Art & Design Department and out-of-state guests. This exhibition will take place from Oct. 24 to Nov. 14.
Guided by its core values of creativity, interconnectivity, inclusivity, ingenuity, and responsibility, CAEA promotes creative growth and innovation in visual arts education statewide. This exhibition reflects that mission by highlighting the vision, talent, and commitment of educators who inspire future generations. Through these works, the show celebrates the role of art education in shaping culture, fostering collaboration, and advancing the transformative power of the visual arts.
