Welcome to the website for CCSU's Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership, PK-12 Strand. The PK-12 Strand serves both teacher leaders and administrators working in the pre-kindergarten through grade 12 setting.
Our curriculum offers students an innovative program of study that integrates course work in leadership, learning, and research with field studies grounded in authentic inquiry. Faculty and doctoral candidates work together, providing mutual support for their shared responsibility to improve educational opportunities for the children and young people of our state.
