Quality Management, Minor

A Quality Management minor provides the knowledge and skills to ensure that an organization, product or service consistently meet the specified requirements. This includes the areas of quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement. The focus of Quality Management includes both the determination of quality and the means to achieve it.

This minor can be added to any program to add a specialty in Quality Management to areas such as production, logistics, management, engineering, and service.

Up to four (4.0) credits may apply simultaneously to both the major and the minor where curricular requirements overlap.
