Official Certificate Program in Construction Management

Central to Building Your Future.

Central’s Construction Management Official Certificate Program (OCP) prepares students for advancement in the construction industry. Participants explore a broad range of topics including resource management, contractual obligations and risks, design, planning, and personnel issues.

Program Features

  • Starts every January and August
  • 4-course program (12 credits)
  • Courses offered online
  • Courses count towards the courses in the Construction Management Master of Science program, reducing the requirement for the MS degree from 11 courses to only 7 courses
  • Attend full- or part-time
  • No GMAT/GRE required
