Cristina Conte

I serve as the Assistant Dean in the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at Central Connecticut State University, where I have been proud to work at since 2014. I combine my love of education, student success, and community building to support students throughout their college journey. I believe that some of the most meaningful learning opportunities while at college happens outside of the classroom. I am passionate about creating connections that help students feel they belong, build confidence and discover opportunities they never imagined for themselves. 

Outside of work, I carry the job title of "Mom" proudly, for two amazing young boys and a dog as equally energetic as I am. You will likely find me out for a run, exploring the outdoors, or finding creative ways to make everyday moments memorable. Life is short, embrace it with curiosity, humor, and heart.
