Cardona '97 addresses SCSU graduates

Dr. Miguel Cardona, former U.S. Secretary of Education and a Central graduate, addressed the graduating Class of 2025 at Southern Connecticut State University on May 22. Cardona drew on the popular musical 'Hamilton' and his experiences on the job in his remarks.
