Biography
The Associate Director oversees the Resident Assistant Program and resident education within the department, while also guiding the selection and training of incoming student staff. Additionally, they supervise Resident Directors who reside on campus and offer leadership in residence life initiatives geared towards enhancing the academic achievement of Central's residential student body.
