Mitch Page

Dr. Page received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University (CCSU). He went on to study for his MSW in Clinical Social Work at New York University, advanced training in Family Therapy at Smith College School for Social Work, a Sixth Year Diploma in Educational Leadership at CCSU, and a Doctorate in Social Work at University of Southern California. 

Since 1986, he has worked as a clinical social worker, teacher, and administrator at Yale School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, Yale New Haven Hospital, The Institute of Living, Hartford Hospital, Trinity Health Department of Psychiatry in Hartford, public schools in Hartford and New Britain, and his Private Practice in Newington. He is a licensed clinical social worker in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont. 

Dr. Page is happy to be back home at Central where he has taught social work students since 2014. In 2023 he worked with our social work faculty and leadership to develop our clinical MSW Program with a specialization in trauma-informed healthcare. Our graduates provide cutting edge trauma-informed care to clients throughout Connecticut and Southern New England.
