Biography

Educator and researcher focused on human performance, neuromuscular function, and healthy aging. His research examines neuromuscular function across the lifespan, with an emphasis on electromyography and the rate of force development. His broader research interests include sarcopenia and dynapenia, neuromuscular activation during strength training, and exercise-induced muscle damage (EIMD) after eccentric muscle actions.
