Co-Director of Central Advanced Investigations and Command (CAIC) program. 

The Central Advanced Investigations and Command Program is dedicated to advancing the professionalism, effectiveness, and leadership of criminal investigations and police command in Connecticut and beyond. Through evidence-based training, professional certification, education, and applied research, CAIC provides public safety professionals with the 21st-century knowledge, skills, and practical expertise needed to address the evolving challenges of the policing profession. The program works in partnership with state criminal justice agencies to deliver high-quality professional development that strengthens investigative practices, develops effective leaders, and ultimately enhances the safety and well-being of both the communities served and the officers who serve them.
