Eleonora Corey, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor and proud alumna of Central Connecticut State University, where she earned her master’s degree in counseling. She has been providing clinical services since 2011 and has extensive experience working with individuals across diverse backgrounds and life stages. She is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrates this modality to support clients in processing trauma, overcoming emotional barriers, and assisting individuals who are experiencing performance blocks in academic, professional, athletic, or personal pursuits. Her clinical approach is grounded in person-centered and supportive framework, creating a collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected and empowered. Eleonora incorporates techniques from acceptance and commitment therapy, and person-centered therapy to help clients develop constructive ways of navigating challenges, discover their strengths, gain confidence and move toward a more meaningful life. She values building genuine connections and believes that healing happens through trust, compassion and shared understandings.
