Meet the RAM Staff
Dr. Joseph Paige
Ed. D. in Educational Leadership, Wilmington University, 2005
M.S. in Educational Leadership, Cheney University of Philadelphia, 1993
Prior to assuming the role of Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs at CCSU
in 2008, Dr. Paige served at the Community College of Philadelphia serving 60,000
students annually from 1990-2007, where he was responsible for registration, admissions
and financial aid. Currently at CCSU, he leads ten departments in academic affairs,
including the Registrar, Community Engagement, the Center for Student Athletes, the
Office of Transfer and Articulation, Recruitment and Admissions, TRiO, the Career
Success Center/ Explore Central, CONNCAP, the Learning Center and the Research Aligned
Mentorship program (RAM).
Dr. Paige enjoys spending time with his two sons Marcel and Joe and watching football games.
Mr. Stephen Miske
Ed. D. in Educational Leadership, Central Connecticut State University, Expected 2019
M.S. in Educational Leadership, Central Connecticut State University, 2015.
B.A. in History and Political Science, University of Connecticut, 2011.
Mr. Miske began serving as the program coordinator for the RAM program at CCSU in
2016. Prior to this endeavor, he worked as a substitute teacher in Waterbury, CT for
one year and has experience within the Office of Community Engagement at CCSU, working
to connect CCSU students and faculty to service learning and community engaged research
opportunities in the Greater New Britain Community.
Mr. Miske enjoys connecting students in the program to the opportunities available on campus for CCSU students. Mr. Miske is an avid sports fan and spends his free time watching both the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. He has traveled to 15 states and hopes to reach all 50 someday.
